Bathroom downlight above shower - plaster

Plaster around halogen bathroom downlight was damaged when someone changed the bulb. I would like to remedy so that plaster is fixed but bulbs be replaced without further damage. What category should this be under? Handyman or electrician?

Hi Andrew For showers you will have to use a light fitting and bulb Wich is IP60 standard. You can find at screwfix LED downlights for good prices.
