Washer-dryer door won't open

Hi there, My washer-dryer door is locked shut - who would I hire to help me get it open? I've tried turning off the mains, but no luck - the water does seem to be draining alright through. I'm not strong enough to pull it out from under the worktop to root around underneath. Best, Clara
