Bathroom sealant

Who would you hire to redo this? How much would it cost to do the bath and sink? Is it too small a job for a professional?

Hi Amy this would be a plumber job, although a small one. You can also hire a handyman or a tiler, however being a small job it's advisable to negotiate it as price work. Depending on the area where job based roughly a handyman will charge something like £12/hour, a plumber £18/hour, not sure about tiler rates. Hope it helps, good luck.

Further to this... If you post your works in the Handyman Section of Rated People with your Budget (I suggest under £100) you will be contacted and quoted by 3 local tradesman.

Hi Amy, If you were looking for someone to do this for you I would suggest contacting a local Handyman Business. They do all sorts of odd jobs including decorating and repairs. They undertake many small jobs so I wouldn't worry about the job not being a big enough. The price would depend on the size of your bathroom but I would expect you to pay £35.00 plus VAT an hour for the handyman plus Materials (of approximately £10.00). Based on a normal small bathroom I would estimate a maximum fee of £80.00 plus VAT. Regards, George Beechcroft Builders Ltd
