Rising damp in one room

Plaster is breaking off a wall. Damp mark is also coming through . The house was damp-proofed when we moved in around 30 years ago. My troofing was checked a few weeks ago and that is alright.

How high up are the damp marks on the wall, also was the plaster removed from the wall up a height of 1.00m from floor level after dpc installed
