Clean and repair gutters

Gutters are blocked in places front and back of property (grass/weeds growing in them and tilting down at back due to weight of debris so bracket needs reaffixing). Looking for someone to clean/repair. Small Mid terrace house so only front and back. Just wondering how much it will cost and how easy is it to find someone to do the work. Postcode b33 (Birmingham)
