I am looking to extend my kitchen by knocking down the wall between the "lean to" and the kitchen. Within the "lean to" there is a toilet and a boiler room adjoining to the kitchen wall. The roof is mono pitched glass roof except above the toilet and the boiler room. Overall the the "lean to" is 9 sq m. Please, could you advise whether this would require planning permission? Could you please give me an idea of how much it would cost? Thanks
