Invoice

I have used a plumber from your site and he is telling me that an invoice has been sent through Rated people. However, I cannot see this anywhere and have not received an email confirmation either. I wasn't aware that a contractor could use this site for invoicing. Please advise, as I would like to pay him today. Thanks, Julie
