I am in the process of hiring a tradesman I got through rated people. I cannot find any reviews about them and I tried looking for more information online but I cannot find the company. They claim they have been doing the job a number of years. Is it possible they can be working for more than 10years and no reviews. Having got them from rated people, does that means they are vetted? What can I ask from for peace of mind ?

Hi Susan It could be that the company have been trading for some time but only recently started subscribing to rated people If you can’t find out any information on the company try asking them if they can furnish you with details of previous customers so that you can call them to check out there workmanship Good luck
