I am looking at potentially buying a house that needs a fair bit done

If anyone can give me an idea of approximate costs for the below jobs I would be very grateful: - laminate flooring and fitting in 5 rooms and a on stair case - medium kitchen fitting, including flooring + removal of stud wall. I anticipate new units and a kitchen island to be installed - painting of 5 rooms or whole 4-bed property- should not need plastering
