Sounds like condensation dampness to me.Starts at bottom and top and disappears towards centre of corner.But needs to be checked out with a damp meter.What area are you in? Steve Tuckey T/A Swiftsure

Hi, I have damp in a corner of a semi detached house. Not rising damp, and no obvious cause. Damp seems to be in the middle of the wall, rendering seems fine. Any advice appreciated
