I have view quite a few properties with the same problem as you. I can advice: You may well be able to seek compensation whereby the installer is liable. It is proven that wall cavity installation damages houses brickwork and foundation. Contact CIGA and they will inform you of your installer contact details. It seems that you have a ventilation problem.You need to ensure that when installing loft insulation that it does not block the eaves,you need also to consider installing eaves ventilators.There could also be other relevant problems you really need a survey to be carried out by person who knows what he is doing Steve Tuckey T/A Swiftsure
