What service do I need

Our patio at the back of the house slopes towards the conservatory where the water pools. There is no no soak aways or anything. The patio is concrete paving . I would like to know who could solve this with drainage etc without tearing up what is a perfectly good patio otherwise. I'd also like to know who is likely to come out to do this as I've been in touch with specialist pavers but they don't seem interested? Thanks a lot
