Hi Steven, with regard to your laminate floor fitting, Yes it is relativly straight forward to lay a laminate floor diagonally, I have done this several times for various clients in the past, I must add it really does look effective and makes a refreshing change from the normal installation layout, it is worth noting that in some instances you may waste slightly more laminate and it can sometimes also add a slight increase to the overall labour cost of fitting, Hope this helps Kindest regards Martin Maidstone interiors
