Dissatisfied with standard of work and cant get reply from the trader

How do I complain about a trader that I found on this site who hasn't done the work properly? I cant find anywhere to contact the people who run this site!

All you have to do is leave negative feedback as if the get 3 then they get banned from the site. There must be a contact number somewhere the number I have is for trade people only unfortunately
