Finding a known tradesperson

Why is it not more obvious to find a particular business name? I have had a good look round your site but cannot find either the place to enter a company name or to enter the exact type of business. Pull down menus are all very well, as long as the person who designs them has thought of absolutely everything. If something is missing then they rather fall apart. Best regards,. Mike
