Can kingspan insulate interior walls

I have a dorma bedroom which has a flat roof and a large window surrounded by pvc cladding. Will kingspan on the internal walls help to keep the bedroom a bit warmer as at present it is realy cold

Kingspan between timber studs or insulated plasterboard on top of original walls would be a cheaper job.
