Hi Louise, Have you tried the below steps? 1) Log in and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. 2) Click the job you're wanting to cancel and click the ‘Withdraw my job’ button. If so and you're still having trouble, our team can help if you email them at support(at)ratedpeople(dot)com with your contact details and details of the job.
