Tree Growing in Gutter

There is a tree growing in the gutter of our factory which we would like to have removed if possible. The tree is approximately 1.70 metres tall and has been growing for a number of years. We have been unsuccessful in finding a tree surgeon who will be kind enough to remove the tree. However, we still hope a professional expert will contact us and offer us a quote for the job please.
