Where can I post a review of a completed job

I contracted Bartosz Drapczynski of Handy Bart Joinery Service to lay some laminate flooring which he did it looked ok but after approx 3 weeks there was a problem with a couple of the joints,I called him back in and explained the situation, I have layed laminate before and know to leave space at the walls for expansion he has not done.I have tried to contact him again but the company will not answer my calls texts or emails, I don't want other people to have this experience. All trades people make mistakes or do one off bad jobs but the good ones at least communicate I want to leave review for this company

To give a rating, log in to your account or launch the Homes mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted. Select the job from the list and then select the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You’ll then be asked to give the tradesperson a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money.
