I have a condo that has a concrete ceiling. I've stripped the popcorn from the ceiling but I am now looking at the best way to sand the ceiling. Im planning on leaving the exposed concrete. Also thinking that after I sand, I should put a sealer on it.. question is what is the best way to sand 650 square feet of concrete ceiling?
