Hello. Thanks for asking this question. If somebody is unfortunate enough to buy a job that you don't want done anymore need not worry too much as you can tell them on the phone or by email once they call or email you and let them know that the job is not going ahead anymore. In the next few days a representative from ratedpeople customer services will call you up and ask you what happened and you can explain to them that you decided the job is not going ahead and you told the person who called you the same thing. Hopefully the tradesman has a app profile that he knows how to claim back the credit they spent for their lead that they purchased. Hope this answers your question
