Can you please give me more info as below and I'll pass on to them to help get things back to normal. 1) How you're trying to log in - through the Trades app or through the website? 2) Which device you're using - mobile/laptop etc? If mobile, android or iphone? 3) Any error messages you might see It would be great if you could email the team with the info at support(at)ratedpeople(dot)com, replacing '(at)' and ('dot)' with the symbol/punctuation - anything resembling a URL is classed as a restricted character for me to type in this section I'm afraid!
