I would like to know how to encourage one of your registered tradespersons ( technically your endorsed subcontractor ) why they need to remove all of the rubble , waste and Discarded Building Materials they have dumped in a communal area they are working next to. Are their any legal expectations for the behaviour of your clients in this regard?
