Cancelling a job

I wish to withdraw a job listing and cannot see a withdraw button. Help?! I have followed your instructions but logging onto the job through My Jobs does not produce the result. I can see the job listing but no withdraw button. Regards, Jane

Hi Jane, Thanks for contacting us via the Ask an Expert forum. It's likely that you're not seeing the 'withdraw' option because either the job has expired (jobs expire after 3 days on site and no longer live) or 3 tradespeople have already purchased the job.
