Hi Geoff, If you found Mick the Builder through a job posted on Rated People, then you would've been sent their contact details, as well as their profile page on our site via text message or email. You can use our chat feature through our app and website if you’d like to send messages back and forth. You can also call or email them directly. You can also see their contact information by logging in to your account online. Select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and their contact details.
