I cannot leave a review of the contractor used because I do not have an account. I am not a tradesman.

Hi Karen, if you go on the Rated people site again and look for ‘leave a rating’ and that should do the trick.

Hi Karen, To give a rating, log in to your homeowner account or launch the Homes mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted. Select the job from the list and then select the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You’ll then be asked to give the tradesperson a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money.
