I have posted a job and had it completed. A gave this tradesperson a rating and the job has been marked as completed. Shortly afterwards, I received an enquiry from a second tradesperson but told them the job has been completed. I have now received a message from Rated People asking me to confirm that I no longer needed any further quotes, which I have confirmed. How do I explain that the second tradesperson contacted me after the job had been marked completed?
