Replace outside pipe from sink to drain on second floor flat

The bit which has beaten me is that the join from the sink trap going through the wall is fixed with sealant & disintegrating. I really need someone to make good the whole pipe from the sink outlet to the drain. It's a ladder job but not too high! The whole pipe has become powdery & leaks onto our neighbours patio (which is not making us too popular!)
