I have been blocked from using Rated People due to a misunderstanding between tradesmen and myself, a case of mixing up my accept response to the wrong trades organisation. I explained at the time to the other handyperson I'd gotten his name by mistake apologised and thought that was it but since have been temporarily banned however rather than accept I was deliberately in error is unacceptable and on redress I'd like to unsubscribe from your site and in future use direct online contacts.
