Extractor fan installation problems

Posted by Stephanie Allen, on
We recently had a new kitchen fitted but due to the top of our wall having a slight curve, our extractor chimney hasn't yet been installed. A cut has been made into the brickwork in which to place the chimney surround but sadly we've been let down time and again by our original fitter/carpenter. We have the brackets and all the screws but we need someone to come and fit the chimney surround and do a bit of work to ensure the brackets are level and everything stays in place!! Who would be the best tradesperson for this - a builder, carpenter or kitchen specialist? The original contact we had was both a carpenter and a builder...
