I work within Procurement and Supply chain function for a large UK insurance company. I would be interested in speaking to someone senior within your organisation about whether there is an opportunity to provide our customer base with a builder vetting service. This is something that we do not have currently and often customers are left to source their own builders for repairs which are not covered under their policy.
