URGENT

Hi there, I am hoping you can do me a quick favour and give me some advice on the below. We have just moved into a new home we bought: I just want to make sure I have put the washing machine waste pipe in the correct place. This is urgent as we need to wash clothes soon. I have attached pictures. 2. We currently have no hot water in the shower and we think this is due to the boiler pressure currently being at 0. This is usually easily sorted out by turning some valves etc. but we cant seem to figure it out/there may be a valve hinge/tap bit broken so you need tools to sort it. This is very urgent. I have attached pictures. If we can help me get it sorted I will be sure to return the favour in the form of an excellent review and/or a small cash payment. Best, Sebastian
