Hello chris I would say it’s not really reliable for someone to book in a job to be assessed, then not turn up and leave it down to the customer, Very Unprofessional
How do you define reliabilty..

When a tradesman says he will turn up to assess a job, doesn't bother, then leaves it down to you to find out why he hasn't bothered, is that reliable?
