Not sure which trade to request - plumber or joiner?

Our flat has got concrete lintels for a floor spaced about 1 foot apart. Boarding covers the lintels to make a floor. Unfortunately we have had a leak and the wood has warped. Toilet needs removing and damaged boarding needs replacing. Size approx 180x120 cms and then toilet reinstalling.
