I tried to purchase a job lead and the money was taken but no number was given I spent around 30 mins waiting on the phone to speak to an agent registering this and then an automated service took over the call and hung up I have just joined and find this highly unacceptable I also purchased a different job lead and the person had already done the job themselves the last issue is the amount of jobs I believe that the category selection I asked for on the phone is not in practice at the moment so can someone from the team contact me ASAP regarding these issues thanks
