Our back door used to swing closed, but now instead it bounces back from the frame. When opening, it seems to get stuck in the frame and we have to really pull it to open it. On a couple of occasions, the key hasn't fully turned and the door hasn't locked. We are just trying to work out if it is the lock or door before posting a job on Rated People
