Help with polystyrene insolation on exterior off house.

Hello. I have a question about hanging a house number sign on the outside off my house, l have polystyrene insolation so can’t use normal wall plugs that I would normally use on a masonry wall. Wondering if there is a different type off wall plug etc. Many thanks
