Hi, we have a problem with portable basketball stands that keep toppling over in high winds. The bases are filled with sand already but in strong winds it is not enough to stop them from being damaged. They are in a school playground which I presume has a tarmac/concrete floor. We need to secure them down but also be able to remove them in special circumstances. Any help would be much appreciated
