Hi I used Wickes tile board for 600 x300 concrete tiles when I got up in the morning I gave one a little tug and it just fell off I used mapei tile adhesive yet it was still soft enough to remove this is in a wetroom by the way lucky enough I only done a few tiles just to get things moving can you help please
