Why are companies on here which have dissolved allowed to keep review

There are company profiles with years of reviews and yet they might have changed the company name and closed the company they reflect, giving clients false info... Why is this allowed its misleading the people that use this site as they are getting away with ripping people off... And when this news comes out genuine builders and tradesman could lose vital works due tho the reputation of this site.
