We had an extension built and bifold doors fitted. Unfortunately something has gone wrong and consequently we have water ingression coming in down at the corner of the bifold frame. I haven’t tiled over it but wish to do so. Can I put some sort of painted barrier between the screed and the tile adhesive that will stop the damp rising through the tile?
