We are moving in a few weeks to Warrington and want to have extra sockets fitted to all rooms in the house, and to have the house painted decorated, wooden flooring in one room, En-suite replaced, Fitted wardrobes fitted a double door put up between dining/living room and a Porch at front door added and an orangery/conservatory with a solid roof installed .
We want to hand the project over to one responsible person to look after but we have no idea where or who to look for
