I posted a job for a quote on this site. I was requested to send photos via WhatsApp. I received a quote which I accepted. A contractor was sent around to complete the job. I paid electronically but have not received a receipt or the 10 year guarantee. I've WhatsApp'd the number and rung it several times but I am being ignored/blocked. How can I obtain the details of the business so I can begin legal action?
