I live in a first floor flat & the neighbours below smoke, the smoke is coming up into my flat in every room & there is a cupboard I am unable to use due to cigarette smoke, I have had a workman out who put 1 roll of insulation on the floor of the cupboard & sealed it with wood, this has had no effect. Please can someone advise how I can stop the cigarette smoke entering my flat.
