Damp on first floor.

Posted by Alexi Mccarthy, on
We are in a first floor flat and are experiencing damp in one of our walls. The area where the damp is coming through directly correlates to where we have a gutter and drainpipe on the outside of the house. This leads me to believe that the guttering may be how the water is getting in. What sort of tradesman would be best to chat to about this? There are effectively 2 jobs here: a) Locating the source of the water getting into the wall and fixing it. b) Light re-plastering for where the wall has been damaged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
