I received a text today stating Astar roofing hadn’t had the opportunity to quote for my job. I have proof of our communications which fo not reflect this. They start work at my property last Wednesday and only did part of the job. They were due to return on Friday but didn’t arrive and then again on Monday but did not show. So I do t know why they have given you this information. If you would like to see message exchanges confirming the acceptance and start of the work I can provide this. Luckily I have not paid any money yet but I do not know why they have not returned to complete the job. Does this usually happen?
