Rated not getting back to me

I reported a tradesperson over a week ago using the email address on the app. i have heard nothing from them. I have found 2 two numbers but they do not allow me to speak to someone. I actually want to complain to rated about their service but can't find an email or a complaints process besides their online form, i know that every company should have one. please help
