I have a small area of floor which has been filled with bricks at some point. It is at least 2-3 courses down and it looks like there may be a void where a very old drain (older than 1950s) was. This just needs digging out and filling, No drain will be live as I've had them all replaced. Do I create this as a job for drainage or for builders?
