Electric heaters, what category?

Hello I want someone to check my electric heaters. Two of them are not coming on at all, probably just need fuses. One is coming on but not heating, maybe element?
rated people doesn't seem to have an option for this type of appliance either under plumbers or electricians.
Please someone suggest what category I should put this under.
