Have you contacted the electrician yourself, and asked for the certificate. Has he had a reasonable time to send it to you? On what basis did you agree the work? What was the work? Do you mean an EIC or an EICR or a MW certificate?

What can I do about a registered electrician who fails to provide ECC after being paid for a job.

Hi, Do you mean an EICR( electrical installation condition report)? who are the electrician/s registered with? Did you ask for certification after work was completed as not all electrical work requires this.
